Marketing Manager (Pet Food)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy including marketing master plan, branding, integrated marketing communication.
• Planning and control budget for all marketing activities as agreed in business plan.
• Develop and contribute new product development with team to fulfill what market need from time to time.
• Work closely with team in strategic implementation of below-the-line and above-the-line activities as well as collaborate with related parties on packaging development and management.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
• Proven Marketing experience at least 10 years in food business especially in Marketing Strategy, Branding and Integrated MKT Communication with experience in Pet Food business would be an advantage.
• Strong management skills in problem-solving & decision making, initiative, analytical & proactive thinking, positive attitude, result-orientation, interpersonal skill, presentation and organizational skills.
• Having experience in AC Nielsen data analysis and report is a plus.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related data & statistical programs.
