ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Holding responsible to drive sales as per the budget or assigned target both new and current products or markets.
  • Maintain good relationship with key customers via all communication channel.
  • Coordinate with inter departments to smoothen order process from PO until shipment and a/r collection.
  • Handle complaints diplomatically and provide solutions to calm down customers and fairly settle any claim.
  • Collect all market information (price, product, marketing activity) vs competitor's information and regularly shared to management and team.
  • Control department budget within the plan and assure most effectiveness from any spending.
  • Submit and design strategy to share in monthly report together with action plan.
  • Able to manage workforce or sub-ordinate by motivation, knowledge sharing, upskill training to unleash their best potential.   

QUALIFICATION

  • Master degree in business administration or related field
  • 8-10 years of direct experience in Export Sales (food business preferable)
  • Understanding on basic process and procedure of Export formality
  • Able to travel within countries and overseas
  • Good command of spoken & written English (knowing third language is a plus)
  • Can-do attitudes and good communication skills (especially on negotiation skill)
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments
  • Willingness to work long hours or occasionally during weekend/holiday
  • Positive thinking with good service mind
  • Good computer literacy; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Good presentation skill
