Export Sales Section Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for driving sales as per assigned targets and target.                        
  • Administer after sales activities to ensure on smooth transaction.                          
  • Coordinate with inter departments to smoothen order process from PO until shipment.
  • Handle complaints wisely and provide solutions to customers.                               
  • Collect all market information (price, product, and marketing activity) vs competitor's information.    
  • Submit monthly report and action plan.        

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related filed                      
  • 3 years of direct experience in Export Sales (FMCG and CLM market are preferable)
  • Understanding on basic process and procedure of Export formality            
  • Able to travel within countries and overseas
  • Good command of spoken & written English (knowing local basic languages of CLM is a plus)
  • Can-do attitudes and good communication skills (especially on negotiation skill)
  • Ability to work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments                     
  • Good computer literacy; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
