Khun Kumthorn Prukyangyeun (right), Quality Control Manager of Pataya Food Group, was the representative to receive the certificate of “Factory Sandbox” as Pataya Food Group has joined the implementation of a pilot program for the prevention and control of communicable diseases in factories (Factory Sandbox).


In a concept of Health Economicsthis program focusing at large factories in the manufacturing sector that employ at least 500 workers and upward which are the key mechanisms that support the national economy and intends to have vaccine booster for the workers as well as build trust to the export business investment under the principle of Inspection, Maintain, Control and Supervision. The certificate handed by Khun Theerapat Katchamat, deputy governor of Samut Sakhon province, at the meeting room on 3rd Floor Social-Security Office in Samut Sakhon Province.


The Factory Sandbox project aimed to maintain economic stability in the manufacturing and export sectors, valued at over 700 billion baht, to prevent the spread of factory clusters so that the country can move forward and continue to build confidence among both Thai and foreign investors. It also aimed to maintain employment levels in the manufacturing with over 3 million jobs.
